At Vietnam.com.pk, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We proudly provide high-quality luxury slippers, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

✅ Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return:

    • The slippers must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

    • They must be in their original packaging.

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error will not be accepted.

  • Sale, clearance, or customized products are non-returnable.

🔄 Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed for size or color variations (if available).

  • If the requested size/color is out of stock, we will issue store credit instead.

💰 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees and Cash-on-Delivery charges are non-refundable.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

  • For defective/wrong items, Vietnam.com.pk will cover return shipping.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale/clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Hygiene-related products (e.g., socks)

  2. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.

  3. Our team will review and guide you through the process.
