✅ Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

The slippers must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

They must be in their original packaging.

Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error will not be accepted.

Sale, clearance, or customized products are non-returnable.
🔄 Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed for size or color variations (if available).

If the requested size/color is out of stock, we will issue store credit instead.
💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the status.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping fees and Cash-on-Delivery charges are non-refundable.
🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

For defective/wrong items, Vietnam.com.pk will cover return shipping.
